1. Flat Rate Shipping
We believe in simple and transparent pricing. Our shipping costs are calculated based on a fixed rate for every set of 4 items (tires or wheels).

2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. From major metropolitan hubs to rural communities, we've got you covered.
Please note: Shipments to extremely remote locations or the Territories (YT, NT, NU) may incur longer transit times.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- ON & QC: 2 - 4 business days
- Western & Atlantic Provinces: 4 - 7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7 - 10+ business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through our courier partners (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, or Canpar).
5. Important Information
- Address Accuracy: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delivery delays.
- Packaging: Tires are typically shipped as individual units (secured with heavy-duty strapping), while wheels/rims are shipped in protective boxes to prevent damage.
- Receiving Your Order: We recommend being present at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day, as tires and wheels are high-value, oversized items.
