Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At The Go To Tires, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the specialized nature of tires and wheels, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds to ensure safety and quality for all our customers. Tires should be in new, unmounted, and unused condition. Once a tire has been mounted onto a rim or driven on, it is considered "used" and is non-returnable unless a manufacturer defect is proven. Please verify your tire size before purchasing.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused & Unmounted: Tires must not have been driven on or mounted onto a vehicle/wheel. Wheels must not have had tires mounted on them.
  • Original Condition: Items must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-drilled wheels or special-order items.
  • Tires/wheels that show signs of installation, mounting, or road use.

4. Return Process

Request Authorization: Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a manufacturer defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to all returns without prior agreement from The Go To Tires to cover handling and inspection costs. This will be deducted from your final refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage/defect to expedite the claim process.
